All consultations, treatments, and recommendations are provided by qualified medical professionals.
1. General Information
These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Verity Clinic, including but not limited to botulinum toxin injections, dermal fillers, micro-needling, skin boosters, PRP (platelet-rich plasma) therapy, and polynucleotide treatments. By booking and attending an appointment, you agree to these terms.
2. Medical Suitability
All treatments are subject to a full medical consultation and assessment prior to treatment.
It is your responsibility to provide full and accurate medical history, including any medications, allergies, or health concerns. We reserve the right to refuse or defer treatment if it is deemed not to be in your best medical interest.
3. Treatment Results
Individual results vary depending on many factors, including genetics, age, skin type, lifestyle, and medical history. No guarantee can be given regarding the outcome of any treatment.
Multiple sessions may be necessary to achieve or maintain desired results. Before and after care instructions must be followed for best outcomes and to minimise risks.
4. Risks and Side Effects
All procedures carry potential risks and side effects, which will be discussed during your consultation. These may include swelling, bruising, redness, infection, allergic reactions, or asymmetry. More serious but rare complications may include vascular occlusion (in filler treatments,) delayed inflammatory responses or blindness.
5. Pricing and Payment
All treatment costs will be discussed prior to any procedure. Payment is required in full at the time of treatment. Prices are subject to change without notice, but you will not be charged differently after a confirmed booking.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee or forfeiture of any deposit paid. Treatments are non-refundable once performed. Refunds for pre-paid courses or packages will only be considered under exceptional medical circumstances, and at the discretion of the clinic.
7. Confidentiality and Privacy
All personal and medical information is treated in strict confidence in accordance with GDPR.
Photos may be taken for medical records, and with your consent, may be used for marketing purposes.
8. Aftercare and Follow-Up
Full aftercare instructions will be provided. Botulinum toxin follow-ups (if clinically necessary) have to be scheduled between 2-3 weeks post-treatment. It is your responsibility to attend any scheduled review or follow-up appointments.
9. Complaints and Feedback
We aim to provide a high standard of care and welcome feedback. If you are dissatisfied, please contact the clinic within 7 days of your treatment to discuss your concerns. A copy of our complaints policy is available upon request.
10. Consent
Informed consent must be given before any treatment. You will be asked to sign a consent form after your consultation and before each treatment.
11. Practitioner’s Discretion
Treatments are carried out only when deemed appropriate and in your best interest. The practitioner reserves the right to refuse treatment at any stage.
12. Age for treatment
You must be 18 or older to attend for a consultation or treatment. ID may be required.
